Is there a forgemaster in Underworld? - Guild Wars Forums

Is there a forgemaster in Underworld where I can buy a piece of Fissure Armour? If it does, which quest that I need to complete? I had been to FoW but unable to get a Fissure Helm that I like, for example +1 to Axe/Sword Mastery for my warrior.

Um... it's called Fissure armor, which would imply that it only comes from the Fissure of Woe, or FoW. Underworld has no armor available at this time.
